Please help me solve my problem: I can’t find the folder with the parent enfold theme in my provider even though it’s visible in the dashboard (and I don’t understand where it is). When I uploaded the new version of Enfold I used the “update theme and plugin from zipo file” plugin

hi, I am making a hosting change and it happens that the display of the website through the host file is different from the one that is currently publicly visible. It is as if a previous version of the site was visible and not the current one.

Here is the answer of the hosting service:

    “Hello,
the problem is that some contents, by modifying the hosts file, are not loaded because they do not exist on our server (and I checked that they do not even exist on the source server). In particular, taking the homepage as an example, some js (javascript) and css files are generated which generate a 404 response code (not found).
On the hosting space, the wp-content / themes / enfold folder does not exist, so the server correctly responds with the 404 response code. Those contents are probably loaded only through the cloudflare cdn. I don’t know the configuration of the theme, and it is necessary to contact the developer of the site to understand how to solve (maybe you should simply disable the cdn).”

    Thank you

Based on the response from hosting service, I would do the following:

Use FTP and access the yoursite.com/wp-content/themes/ folder.

Unzip the new version of Enfold.

Upload the unzipped Enfold folder into the /themes/ folder.

ok, but is it possible that using your plugin the enfold parent theme folder has been moved to another part?

    Thank you

Check the settings for the plugin…

Is the option CHECKED to create backup copy of old theme?

If it is not checked, then no backup was created.

If it was checked, then a backup ZIP file of theme (enfold.zip) will be saved in current WordPress UPLOAD directory or in the THEME directory.
