Missing my theme parent enfold

Please help me solve my problem: I can’t find the folder with the parent enfold theme in my provider even though it’s visible in the dashboard (and I don’t understand where it is). When I uploaded the new version of Enfold I used the “update theme and plugin from zipo file” plugin

the problem is that some contents, by modifying the hosts file, are not loaded because they do not exist on our server (and I checked that they do not even exist on the source server). On the hosting space, the wp-content / themes / enfold folder does not exist, so the server correctly responds with the 404 response code.
