    Hi

    I have set up your plugin and connected a STRIPE account etc.
    All is working but when people pay with stripe is says PENDING.
    The strap thing is setup.
    I logged into the STRIPE account and the money is not in the account.
    It’s about ￡100 so far. Can you help?

    Hi @mathewhgreengmailcom,

    My guess is that donations are not processed at all.

    Please go to Donations >> Tools >> System Info to the GiveWP Configuration sections, and go to the Database Tables portion. Let me know if there are any red Xs next to any tables and, if there are red Xs, which database table is affected.

    Can you post a link to your donation form so we can see if there’s anything amiss?

    Also, include your System Info in your next reply. This is found in Donations -> Tools -> System Info.
