Missing Moderation form element

    Dear team,

    I am using BuddyForms + BuddyForm Members + this plugin.

    I have followed documentation on this side:
    https://themekraft.com/products/moderation/

    Unfortunately, field Moderation (Form Element) is not available.
    DO I miss any step please? I have watched video and it looks like no special configuration is required.

    I have the same problem, what was the solution for it ?

    Installed a fresh new WP 5.4.1
    BuddyForms Version 2.5.19
    BuddyForms Members Version 1.4.10
    BuddyForms Moderation ( Former: Review Logic ) Version 1.4.5
