    Hi,

    I use a plugin (Woo Set Price Note) to display the price units of the products (1$/kg or 2$/unit).
    It works well on the website but on the orders, the price notes are sometimes not displayed and it’s totally random and not specific to the product. Customers receive random invoices with missing data.

    The author of the plugin does not answer my questions. I try to determine where the problem can come from but I have no idea wat can cause this kind of issues.

    Thank you for your reply.

    The plugin author is not responding, so I have to resolve this issue on my own.

    I think it’s related to when the order is placed and something is preventing it from being done correctly.
    As this part is managed by woocommerce, I wonder if you have any idea what could prevent the product meta data from being added to the order.

    The issue seems to occur once in 10-20 orders. (there is 5 – 10 orders per day). I’m not able to reproduce the error. As the error occurs more often with some customers than with others I wonder if it’s maybe related to client side conditions or slow server/site response, I don’t know if those are viable leads ?

    We are unable to guess anything since we didn’t develop the plugin. The best way forward is to contact the plugin author. There’s nothing much we can do at this point.
