Missing Menu on Mobile

Hi, I am running WordPress 4.5.2 with the i-excel theme and online it looks fine. When trying to access the site on a mobile device though (running Android), there is no navigation, just a floating grey ‘Menu’ button, and when pressed it brings up a MenuSkip message at the bottom of the screen. Can anyone help me with this please? What am I doing wrong?
