Missing Menu Item – Enquiries

Hi,
I am using Version 6.5.8, and for some reason the “Enquiries” menu item on the Store Manager page is missing.
The inquiry module is activated, and I can view enquiries when I go to e.g.
https://domain.com/store-manager/enquiry/
Is there a menu setting somewhere that I am missing?
