Missing like button on front page

I’m new to wordpress and I have a customer that swears she had like buttons on her home page. I checked all the setting and everything is checked correctly. But still no buttons appear. The do appear on all other post just not the home page. The web site is https://www.artquenchmagazine.com. I don’t know how to see if jetpack is installed. Her site is different from my other clients wordpress.
Any advice is welcomed. Thanks
