Missing “like” button in emails to subscribers

I’ve recently migrated from .com to a self-hosted site, and in the process, I noticed my subscribers have lost the “like” button in the emails sent when I publish new posts (for them to like my posts directly from their email). The “comment” button is still there, but not “like.” I wish to reenable that, but I cannot find a setting for that, and all of my searching is bringing up either articles for posting from my email, adding Facebook like buttons to my posts, or other equally unhelpful topics.
Anyone know how I can get that back? Do I need a plugin?
