Missing iPhone Downloads

    When customers purchase a download with iPhone the file is not saved anywhere on their device, however when a purchase is made with an android phones it works fine. (Downloads are set to Forced download)

    First, apologies for the delay. We have seen a recent influx of tickets and are currently working through a backlog.

    When customers purchase a download with iPhone the file is not saved anywhere on their device, however when a purchase is made with an android phones it works fine. (Downloads are set to Forced download)

    I went ahead with trying this, with a test installation of mine and an iOS device. Everything worked as expected, and I was able to see a pop-up for saving the file on my device, after purchasinng it.

    Just to clarify, is the Open in browser option unchecked, or otherwise? It can be found in the screen at WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable Products.
