    I just discovered that 30-50% of my 70 entries are missing the “Work Phone” field. I checked the file that I uploaded these from and they are no different from others that are showing a “Work Phone” field. Most of the contacts were originally uploaded in August, though there have been some adds and changes since then. When I originally uploaded, I did a spot check and do not recall this being an issue. Do I need to go back and manually re-enter the work phone to those contacts where this is missing? What happened?

    When you say missing field, do you mean the field is not visible to add a number or that the number was imported but is not visible?

    Hi Shazahm1-I imported the field “Work Phone” along with approximately 15 other fields on 70 contacts. The field showed up with the work phone number populated on about 50-70% of the contacts. The other 30-50% were missing the field (including the title “Work Phone”) entirely. When I checked back on my records for this particular import, I had a lot of difficulties and ended up having to type in 14 of the 70 contacts manually, because they would not import. These are not the same as the contacts that were missing the “Work Phone” field, but I’m thinking the Work Phone field existed/showed in the import because I really scrutinized the contacts once imported because I had so much trouble initially. Maybe it’s just this particular site/hosting/theme? This has not happened on other sites I manage that use Connections.

    Is this something you’ve already corrected? I looked at the site you shared the link to and I did find a few missing a work phone. About 4-5 mostly under G.

    I’d like to see the CSV file and see if I can replicate the issue?

    Also, which version of CSV Import do you have installed? Version 2.0 displays a bit more info on the import progress to help when issues like this is encountered.

    Oh dear! I did update these as members from this organization would be upset to have this missing from their information. I reviewed “G” contacts and I see a Work Phone for all but one (who doesn’t have a work phone); are you seeing something different?

    I am happy to send you the CSV file of the original import and include a copy of the contacts that would not import, what email address would you like me to send it to?

    Version 2.0 of CSV import is installed on this website. I checked the two other websites that are using Connections, and I have 2.0 installed on one and 1.0.4 on another; neither of these websites have experienced any issues with imports.
