I just created a ticket and hit submit, then I got an error page saying I’ve been blocked. So I’m not sure if my ticket was even went through correctly.

I hev the same problem, after update the plugin, the plugin not work well, and images not show on the website in a browser, in wordpress backend i can see the blocks well.
