Missing Images

I have had this plugin for a week. It has been pulling images just fine and making the first main image the post’s featured image. Now, today, all of a sudden all of the featured images are gone and the default image is in their place.

My hard drive isn’t full, these images aren’t larger than the max file size in PHP info

When I look in the log I see this error
Error downloading image “https://www.domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/cropped-TTAG-Favicon-REV-1-150×150.png” for post #4114: File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.
