    Hello,
I’m trying to create a 360-photo tour. I added a 360 jpg photo from my Mavic 2 pro, but when I try to publish or preview I got this message: “Missing Image & Scene ID Please Upload An Image and Set A Scene ID To See The Preview”
I can see the photo when I upload, but preview and publish don’t work :/
    how can I fix this?
    Thank you

Also, I got this message when I refresh the page: “You must specify a valid jQuery selector for the add button option in Form Repeater.”

Update: I can see the photo is uploaded because I see the photo on Scene, and I add ID (for example 0001) but when I press preview or publish I got this message: “Missing Image & Scene ID Please Upload An Image and Set A Scene ID To…”

    Hi @schleewoon ,

Thank you for your patience while took some to reply.

For every image you add, you have to set a Scene ID, and if you choose to add multiple scenes, you have to set these information on all of them.

Can you please give us these information:

-> The file type of the images are you using.
-> The scenes you’ve added (can be multiple), if all of them have a Scene ID no added scene is without an image.

Let me know how it goes.

You can contact us on our website as well if you’re facing any further issues.

    Dear Jahir,
    thank you for your reply.
I watched the tutorial, and I know that I need to add an ID for every scene, so I did that.
    – image is .jpg
    – I have one scene with added id (for example 0001)
I’ll add 2 URLs for screenshots, maybe you will see the error:

    https://ibb.co/vkJv0Y1
Can you help me to resolve this?

    Hi @schleewoon ,

    Thank you for the details.

We tried to recreate the scenario on our end with a numeric scene ID, but we couldn’t find the issue.

Can you see if there are any error notices in the console?

You can give us the list of plugins you’re using on your site, so we can check for a plugin conflict.

Also, you can contact us on our website for assistance.

Let us know how it goes.

    Dear Jahir,
    thank you for your reply.
    I’m using a lot of plugins :/
I can create you admin user/pass access if that is an option?
Also, is there an option that I can contact you for a free version on your website support?
if that is an option, can you send me the URL?
    Thank you.
    Dejan

    Hi @schleewoon ,

Actually, it’s against the rules of the repository to get admin access from any free user.

You can just share the list of the plugins you’re using or a screenshot of it.

We’ll test for a plugin conflict scenario on our end.

I think this is the main problem:
    https://ibb.co/k46MMkn
and the reason why the plugin doesn’t work :/
If you can resolve what plugin causes conflict and this jQuery message, I hope we will resolve the problem…
    Thank you.

    @jahirchowdhury any update? Thank you

    Hi @schleewoon ,

I’ve forwarded the details to our developers and they’ll run the plugin test within tomorrow.

Since it’s our non-working hours, it’ll take until tomorrow morning.

I’ll get back to you once we have any update on this.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Still nothing? ??

    Hi @schleewoon ,

First of all, we’re extremely sorry for missing out your ticket for this long.

We have just tested everything according to your setup, installed all of your plugins from the screenshot and tried creating the tour.

The JQuery notice is actually coming from one of the plugins you were using – ‘WP Ultimate Review’.

It is causing with WPVR and prevented you from creating the tour properly.

Once we deactivate ‘WP Ultimate Review’, the plugin worked normally and you could create tours.

So, actually, it wasn’t an issue with our plugin.

If you’re still using these 2 plugins together, you can deactivate the ‘WP Ultimate Review’ and it should work perfectly for you.

Please let us know if we can help you with anything else.

    Regards,
