Missing Image Files

    I added few properties few weeks back. I also uploaded images. Now these images have disappeared and not visible in site. Have no idea, how that happened. Any guesses?

    These are also not visible in FTP either.

    Hi there,

    In 3+ years and tens of thousands of installs we’ve not seen this so it’s got to be something that was done manually, maybe unintentionally.

    Images don’t just disappear by themselves. We use standard WordPress media library items to store any images/floorplans etc so are you sure they weren’t deleted from the ‘Media’ section direct?

    No idea what happened, I uploaded the same files via FTP (the location did not have the files) and it worked.
