Missing ID, price, availability microdata

    Whenever I implemented the meta pixel to my website, I can’t seem to get the id, price, and availability microdata to be detected by facebook, so my products won’t sync.

    I have double checked all products in woocommerce, and everything seems to be present from the woocommerce product configs, I am stumped.

    What can I do?

    Hi there @tylerd64,

    It looks like the required data isn’t being passed correctly to Facebook. We’ve seen a few cases where a plugin/theme conflict caused an issue like this.

    Here’s what I’d recommend:

    – Temporarily switch the theme to the Storefront theme
    – Deactivate all plugins besides WooCommerce and the Facebook for WooCommerce extension
    – Run a Facebook sync at Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync
    – Check to see if the products sync to the Facebook shop
    – If they are, re-enable plugins/theme one by one until you find the one causing the problem
    – When you find the one causing the problem, look for an alternative solution or reach out to the author of that plugin/theme
