Missing Icons (Possible Orbit Fox Issue?)

Hello group,
Does anyone have a suggestion on why my site is missing some icons that are set on the back end by Orbit Fox? The icons are missing from only 2 menu icons. Also, how do I get the icons back in the “contact us” section of the home page of the website?
