Missing icons

    Hi all!

    I’m having a strange issue. When I install and activate the plug in, a number of icons stop showing, instead they show a unicode character like its not supported. It’s only showing up when activating the AI Engine plug in

    I’ve been researching AI chatbots, and this one looks very interesting. I am looking to get a pro version if it works, but I really would like to resolve this issue first.

    I’m not certain if this is directly related to the plugin. The issue seems to be with Font Awesome icons, which occurs when the correct font family isn’t loaded (font-family: ‘Font Awesome 5 Brands’;). When your website loads, many fonts fail to load due to insecure requests.

    This might be caused by a rule in your .htaccess file. You might want to modify that or use a third-party plugin to ensure everything loads using SSL. It could be that when not using the plugin, it works because of some interaction with the font being loaded using some cache values from a version where the plugin wasn’t there yet and this error wasn’t occuring.

    This is an educated guess and might be exactly what is happening. However, I’m unsure if there’s anything at the plugin level that can be done about it. Thank you for your understanding.

    Thanks a lot.

    All I had to do was install the font awesome plugin… I guess the theme was calling it and there were issues with calling it offsite?
