Missing Icons

    After last update my icons disappeared on two separate sites.One does not use a caching plugin so I think we we can rule that out. I cleared cache on everything ans till no luck tracking this down. All I did was update BB lite and the issue started. Nothing else was updated. Some say it might have to to do with calling of FA4 stylesheet and another plugin or theme might be calling it also. Not sure why the issue will be another plugin if it happened on two sites and bb lite was only updated at the time.Do we have support with lite or only paid BB?

    This seems to be a big issue with lots of users on free and paid BB….

    signed frustrated with another broken upgrade…

    Something is definitely loading the FA4 Stylesheet but I can’t say for certain what is doing that. It could be your theme or another plugin.

    Can you submit a form here and include login information so that we can investigate?

    This is on 4 different sites and one I just set up today. Two different themes on 4 sites ?? using UABB on all but deactivated and still no good.The crazy part is one site I just set up and it happened also….Can this be local issue? let me send in one site info and maybe solution will be for all four sites…

    I don’t have an account with BB therefore cannot submit ticket. Using lite not sure I set up an account…

    This is seriously ridiculous that I cannot get a solution for this issue! I updated your builder on all my sites and having issues and cannot seem to get a solution but everyone telling me to submit a ticket.Can I submit a ticket being a lite user? Do I have to upgrade to get support? If yes let me know and I will upgrade….

    I have wordpress/astra and astar child and only one plugin activated which is BB lite and still same in firefox and in chrome! New install!
