Missing hooks/filters and other notes

Hi Julien,
i love the plugin you’ve made. Here’s some notes on my experience with it:

The hook ‘jmtc_markup’ in previous version was very useful and it’s missing now.

Currently if i use the ‘jm_tc_card_type’ hook and change the card type this will not trigger the player markup rendering because there the card type is checked upon another setting: $cardType = get_post_meta($post_ID, 'twitterCardType', true)
and it will be very useful to be able to hook to the player markup output in the same fashion as the other fields.
