Missing GTM in Order Received Page

Hi, I have a problem with a site of one of my clients. I use Complianz together with a plugin for the creation of the ecommerce tracking data layer. I followed the guide to integrate, excluding the plugin on Complianz and not using the Plugin as a source of the GTM. So at the moment Complianz manages the GTM.
Now everything is fine until the moment of payment. When you open the order-received page in Preview mode of Tag Manager, the page is not seen and the data layer of the sale is not activated. It is as if, after clicking ‘pay’ nothing exists anymore.
What could be the problem?
