Missing Glossary Page Options

Hi
I have just applied the new update to the CM Tooltip Glossary. Firstly I had to reactivate the plugin which had been deactivated during the update. I managed to sort that out and also change the WordPress Glossary page it had recreated.
However my main problem is that now the Glossary Page on my website no longer has the options for ALL and 0-9. This means that only A-Z are shown (these are working ok).
