missing german shipping in feed

    The plugin is working great so far. I have a Europe shipping zone with all EU countries, a domestic shipping zone (swiss) and an international shipping zone for US. The feed is okay with AT for austria, swiss and US. The feed does not produce the shipping for Germany and many other EU countries. Also the plugin generates the correct feed for free shipping as of an certain amount and free shipping when pick up local.

    Why does the plugin does not generates the shipping for the rest of the EU countries such as Germany?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the shipping zones.

    The plugin is not making any distinction between countries when it comes to adding shipping costs to feeds. Most likely the issue at hand is caused by something in your shipping configuration where those the EU countries is different than those for the US, Swiss and Austria.

    Is anything different in their configurations?

    Each zone with one country is working fine. A zone with multiple countries does only work with the last country in the list. Isn′t it possible to work with multiple countries in a zone? For example: Zone “Europe” with Germany, Austria, Belgium and so on…

    Thanks for sending over the screenshots. It enabled us to replicate the issue at hand and create a fix for it.

    We have just pushed out a new release of our plugin (version 4.3.9). Could you download the update and let us know if it solved the shopping issue?
