Missing function after upgrade

As we think that you have added the “Related Post” code directly in the main theme and you have updated the theme on a new version that’s why your code has been deleted.

You cannot add extra code directly in the theme as if the theme gets updated then your code gets deleted. so you have to make a child theme and then you can do your customization. Now if the main theme gets updated then your code does not get affected.

Thank you for the reply! I didn’t add that and other codes directly in the main theme. However, related post function is set at Jetpack/Settings/Traffic and also at Events/Settings.

We have checked the jetpack plugin with other themes also but the issue is still there. You have to contact jetpack support, also you can check the below-given link which also have the same issue of the related product.

In summary, now works the “related post” function at the pre-update events and posts, but this already has not work after update.
