Missing files in upgrade

    Upgrading my WP 3.4.1 installation made me aware of that WP 3.6 doesn’t have the following files; wp-register.php, wp-pass.php and wp-app.php.
    Is it safe to delete the these files after upgrading to WP 3.6?
