Missing Files

It seems as though the latest update is missing all of the JS and CSS files. This has caused the View and Edit buttons to loose their style, and no longer work. An inspection of the list page shows that the JS file is 404, as well as the CSS. I downloaded and installed the previous version, and these files were present and working.

A copmarison of the last version vs the current version shows that the folders CSS, img, js, and languages are missing from the plugin root directory.

I tested on a new install of WP, installed the last version, and then updated it, and these folders are removed.

For now I have reverted all my sites that use the plugin to version 1.5.1, since 1.5.2 is broken.
