Missing files

  • We are currently using Tree Website Map LITE v 1.0.0.8 and when we load pages we get this error in the FireFox Web Console:

    GET https://[SITE NAME]/wp-content/plugins/wp-quick-organizational-tree/lib/horizontal-tree/style.css [HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found 321ms]
GET https://[SITE NAME]/wp-content/plugins/wp-quick-organizational-tree/lib/horizontal-tree/js/jquery-ui.js [HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found 317ms]
GET https://[SITE NAME]/wp-content/plugins/wp-quick-organizational-tree/lib/horizontal-tree/js/jquery-ui.js [HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found 434ms]

    We have simply installed the Plugin and we have definitely not manually removed any files from the filesystem. But the files are missing and in fact even the entire “horizontal-tree”-folder is missing, so it is not a question of access rights.

    How do we either get these files and folders back or how do make WordPress not try and load them if they are not supposed to be loaded?
