Hi Guys, after porting our rentalnshop website from one hoster to another something broke. Any ideas on how to resolve the issue? We cant generate any PDFs nor HTML because a file is missing. Our Tax guy is going nuts because he needs the invoices.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Oh looks like some of the files are missing or not accessible for some reason, reinstalling the plugin should add all the needed files and fix the issue.

Hi thanks for the answer,
ive thought about that too but i′d need to export the presets for the Documents which is possible BUT i see no way to import or export the “raw files” of the invoices, packing slips etc as there are a few files where i havent downloaded the final pdf files. how can i avoid loosing that data when reinstalling the plugin?

If you just reinstall the plugin, the template that you have are not deleted just the internal plugin files overwritten which i think will fix the issue.

Ok thanks. I′ll try that. But i still have all the same settings and most
importantly the Invoices after reinstall right? I cant risk loosing these
documents.

The plugin doesn’t have a code that deletes the invoices when reinstalled and I have never seen a site that deletes the plugin invoices on a reinstall. BUT, I can’t guarantee that anything is going to happen on your site as every site has its own ecosystem, for example, you might have another plugin that deletes the plugin tables when it detects that the plugin is reinstalled or something. So if you want to be extra careful it would be good to create a backup before doing anything.

Just reinstalled and everything is still there and works properly.
