Missing File: add-to-wishlist-gutenberg.min.js Causes 404 Error
-
Hello!
I’m using the YITH WooCommerce Wishlist plugin (version 4.0.1), and I’ve noticed that a 404 error is triggered in the admin area because the file add-to-wishlist-gutenberg.min.js cannot be found:Console Error:
Message:https://www.imagination-prints.de/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/assets/js/add-to-wishlist-gutenberg.min.js?ver=4.0.1 net::ERR_ABORTED 404
wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/assets/js/add-to-wishlist-gutenberg.min.js?ver=4.0.1 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)I’ve searched the entire plugin directory but couldn’t find the file add-to-wishlist-gutenberg.min.js or an unminified version (add-to-wishlist-gutenberg.js).
I even tested this on a fresh WordPress installation with only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Wishlist installed, and the issue still occurred.
The plugin functionality itself seems to work perfectly fine, but the missing file error in the console is distracting. As a temporary workaround, I’ve created an empty fake JavaScript file with the required name, but this doesn’t feel like a proper solution. Questions:My Questions:
Is the file add-to-wishlist-gutenberg.min.js important?
Can I safely ignore this error?
Is this a known bug that will be fixed in a future update?
Using an FTP client (FileZilla), I confirmed that this file is indeed missing.
Thank you for your support!Andreas
