    Hello Everyone,

    Unfortunately, I ran in to this problem when trying to publish an event:

    Missing fields: ticket_name

    I looked on these forums and noticed it was a PHP version error that was fixed in the last update. I have the last update installed (since this morning) and now I’m still getting this error.

    What can I do to fix this?

    I have Version: 5.6.5 from Events Manager.

    Hi,

    Which version of PHP do you have on your server?

    Hi!

    Current PHP version: 5.3.29, according to this code:

    <?php
    echo 'Current PHP version: ' . phpversion();
    ?>

    I re-uploaded all the files in case of custom edits that messed it up, but nothing changes unfortunately.

    I do have two custom attributes tho.

    That version of PHP should’t be a problem.

    Does it work if you test without the two custom attributes?

    Allright,

    I’ve disabled the attributes via the settings area (both for locations and events) but I still get the same error.

    Anything else I can try? Ofcourse, with the attendee option disabled, publishing the event is no problem.

    Does this happen with every event or just one?

    Is it a single event or a recurring event?

    It’s possible this is a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    Hmm, it happens with a new event as well. I’ll see if I can test it without all the plugins and the default theme. I’ll get back to you!
