Missing fields on auto printed receipts

  • Hello, I purchased a TSP650II to use the autoprint feature in the Star
    CloudPrnt WooCommerce Plugin.

    Receipts are coming out great but there are fields from my WooCommerce
    restaurant store not showing on them, such as the delivery date/pickup time as well as
    the addons to the main menu item (eg. bread choice, dresssing, etc.). I need the receipts to show all of this
    other information—it sounds like I can modify the reciept by editing the order-handler php file but when I open it in editor it is blank. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi, just to let you know, if log in via ftp to your website files, the order-handler.php is complete, you can edit the file only via ftp. But I can’t manage how to add the field, can anyone help?

    Hi, I’m just taking over maintenance of this plug-in and sorry don’t have a solution right now, but will take a look in to the best way to add custom fields as soon as possible.
