    Hi,

    I recently upgraded from the free Order Import/Export plugin to the Pro version. When using the free version the ‘WT Invoice Number’ and ‘WT Invoice Date’ were offered as columns to map in the import which linked to the Webtoffee ‘PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes and Shipping Labels’ plugin.

    Since the upgrade, even though the CSV import file format is the same, these two columns are no longer available in the mapping set-up.

    What do I need to do to import data into them?

    In order for the fields WT Invoice Number and WT Invoice Date to be shown in the mapping screen, the WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes and Shipping Labels plugin should be active on your site. Could you please confirm if the plugin is active on your site?

    Hi,

    Yes, the Webtoffee ‘PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes and Shipping Labels’ plugin is installed and activated on the site.

    Hi @peterjameswass,

    Could you please check if the fields “meta:_wf_invoice_date” and “meta:wf_invoice_number” are present in the mapping screen? In the Pro version, the fields for invoice number and invoice date are labelled as “meta:wf_invoice_number” and “meta:_wf_invoice_date,” respectively.

    If you are unable to find these fields, then to recreate your environment, kindly share your system status via support.

    i don’t see either of those meta fields in the mapping. I will be able to give you access to the site on Monday 18th – how would you like me to send you the credentials?
