    I’m getting an error in Google Merchant Center stating the following:

    “Missing field “priceType” (in “offers.priceSpecification”)
    Items with this issue are invalid. Invalid items are not eligible for Google Search’s rich results.”

    I was told by my feeds plugin that it has something to do with the structured data on my site, which I am using Yoast for.

    This popped up last week as an issue after making no major changes to the feed or website that should have affected this. How can I solve this? Thanks.

  • We’ve also been experiencing this same issue with ALL product schema data structure. According to Google Search Console it started on Sept 16th. This is the red highlighted code from Google Search Console.

    {“price”:”26.99″,”priceCurrency”:”USD”,”valueAddedTaxIncluded”:”false”}

    Hello @terrco @nilewm

    Google recently updated its specification for a bunch of eCommerce schema, now causing a few errors in Google Search Console and the Rich Result Test tool that didn’t occur before.

    On the 20th of September, we released an enhancement in our WooCommerce add-on that improves the Schema output for offers and priceSpecification to match Google’s recent changes to their guidelines.

    Please update and let us know if the issue persists.
