Actually I am using another glossary and I am not very happy with that one. So I have watched out for other options and I discovered this plugin.

I am really interested in purchasing a pro license. But I am missing two features:

    a) The possibility to add searchable synonyms for a term. I have seen an option where I can set synonyms for automatic linking. But this terms don’t appear in the search result and they are not shown on the terms page.

    b) An overview on the term page where this term is used. This a good way to motivate visitors to click through your website.

    Example with both features: https://www.raeucherwiki.de/woerterbuch/ascorbinsaeure/

So…do you see any chance to implement this features in the nearer future?

  • Hi,
    a) yes they are in a different field, the wordpress search look for title and content so if you are using a different synonym and you want that is searchable is on you on writing the content in the best way for that
    b) there isn’t yet a system to list all the page with the term. As today the system is on the fly and for performance reasons we don’t save where the term was found. It is in our roadmap with no deadline as feature.

I invite you to check the https://docs.codeat.co/glossary/getting-started/ and see also the https://demo.codeat.co/glossary/
