You left out a critical feature and instruction: how to find the settings page after installing it. You should add a Settings link in the Plugin Page next to the Deactivate link. Also mention that it’s found in Tools under Pagespeed Insights (I was looking for the word “Google” as in Google PageSpeed Insights, it’s name…)

    Hi Nickth,

After activating you should see a message at the top of your screen that reads: “Google Pagespeed Insights for WordPress has been activated. It can be accessed via Tools -> Pagespeed Insights”.

This also links to the settings area.

With that said, if you missed it I am sure others have as well, I will look into adding an additional link in the plugins page where you suggested.

The ‘settings’ link you’ve requested has been included in the new 4.0.0-beta1 along with some major updates to the underlying google pagespeed API.

Let me know if you are able to test it out.

You will find instructions to download here:
