Missing error message on form submit

    I have used Affiliates manager pluign on site. Now I need to add google recaptcha on affiliate registration page using
    Affiliates Manager Google reCAPTCHA Integration.
    Affiliates Manager Google reCAPTCHA Integration Plugin is working with captcha but its not showing error message on form submit for captcha.
