Missing episode tag

    Hi,
    I want to have episodes in my podcast in reverse order so I set the itunes:type to “serial” (thanks for this option). But the Cast Feed Validator is showing this error:
    “Found 2 episodes that are missing the itunes:episode tag, which should be used for episode numbers. This is required because your feed’s type is set to serial.”
    Where can I set the episode number? I can’t find any field for this.

    Hi @jcsbox

    When you can, head over to Podcast → Settings → General and check Enable iTunes Fields. This will give you text fields for season and episode numbers on their episode pages in the Podcast Episode Details section.

    Thanks Jimmy, very helpful!

    But now no matter which type I set to my feed (episodic or serial) or what numbers I set to my episodes – the order is still the same regarding to the publish date.
    It seems I’m missing something. So how does the itunes type tag work?
