  • Hi Jeff,

I’m having a similar issue. In my case, on the subscriber tab, Mailpoet tells me that I have 560 subscribers on a list. When I prepare to send a newsletter, on the page where I have to select which list to send to, the same list shows a count of 513 subscribers. And I know of at least one subscriber that is not being sent the newsletter. I added her to another list that I created just for her as a test, resent the newsletter to that list- and it did send successfully. I don’t know what could be causing this issue, and why she’s being dropped off the main list. Have you had any success figuring it out?

    Thanks,

    Marc

This time it worked. I did notice that it does not send out to fake email addresses. A few of our subscribers use those with our consent for a variety of reasons. In previous newsletters, it omitted more than just those. To figure out who, I compared the sent list to the subscriber list.

Thanks for the update. Glad that it worked for you. Are you sending directly through your website or are you using a third party?

    Thanks.

Markito, we replied to you on the other topic!

    Thank you!

    any response to my question/problem?

The response I received from MailPoet Staff was as follows:

“Looks like a recent bug we found. Can you please, replace the file wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/helpers/front.php with this one: https://pastebin.com/zLvz6rm5

It’s related to the Double Opt-In issue.”

I haven’t tried it yet, but will do so within the next week and report back to let everyone know how it worked.

Thank you, and thanks to the staff for the support.
