    Hello, I’ve been using the plugin for a long time, and I recently noticed that, after the latest update, the only email that goes to the client it the “partially shipped”. How can I bring back the 2 other emails? (“Shipped” and “Updated tracking”)

    The Completed is the Shipped (if you use the rename) – this is a WooCommerce email which we allow to rename and we add the tracking info. The Updated Tracking status was removed a few month ago as it was for cases where the tracking info updated after the order was shipped and 99.9% of our users did not use it.

    Ok thank you, but I after I installed the plugin, the “shipped” email does not send to the customers.

    Umm.. The advanced shipment tracking just adds the tracking info widget to the Completed email and allows you to rename the status label to shipped. We do not send the email, its sent by WooCommerce when you mark the orders as Shipped.

    The advanced shipment tracking doesn’t add the tracking info widget to the Completed email. Please find attached a link to an email sent that doesn’t include an order tracking table. I have also set Order Emails Display setting in the AST plugin to processing, shipped (completed).
