    My client is having an issue on their site… namely, their transactions are loading fine, but the Customer’s name doesn’t appear in the “Deposit Transactions” page. This has happened a couple of times here and there, but enough times that it’s annoying. The transaction is still fine, and the Customer name does appear when you click on the order info… it just doesn’t appear in “Deposit Transactions”. Does anyone know why this happens and what the solution for it would be? Thanks!

    Just to confirm, does this issue happen intermittently, for example, a customer’s details disappear and then it will appear again some other time from the “Deposit Transactions”?

    This issue might be related to a potential conflict with your theme or other plugins that you might be using. I suggest performing a conflict test by switching to a default WordPress theme, and then deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a theme or a plugin is contributing to the issue. Re-enable each to see which one causes it. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

    I’d also suggest navigating to WooCommerceStatusTools, and doing the following to see if this makes any difference:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear

    Next, please clear your browser cache and see if this resolves the issue.

    It’s my understanding that it’s not intermittent; it remains disappeared regardless of refreshing or other changes.

    That said, I’ll try your suggestions and see if that changes anything, and will report back the results whether or not it does fix it.
