• Hello: I just installed the new WooCommerce Shipping (I have been using WC Shipping & Tax for years with no problems), and I’m getting a Missing Dependencies error in my Query Monitor (see image below). It’s causing the admin site to run very slowly. Can you please tell me how to resolve this? Thank you.

  • Hi @dougdee

It seems like the images weren’t attached successfully. Could you kindly resend them?

For screenshots, I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.

In the meantime, you can run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of the issue. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Let us know how that goes for you.

Hi, here’s the screenshot: https://snipboard.io/dEPuTk.jpg. I have updated everything, but am still seeing this issue.

    Thank you.

    Hello @dougdee,

    Thanks for the update.

Could you please confirm if you tried running a full conflict as suggested previously?

In the meantime, you can run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of the issue. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

I recommend?running a full conflict test?to rule out any possible plugin or theme conflicts.

You can do this by disabling all other plugins, except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Shipping. Should the issue persist, you can try switching to a default theme like?Storefront. This guide provides further details?on?running a full conflict test.

Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

If the issue persists, please share with us the necessary information below to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

I hope that helps! Let us know once you have done a conflict test!
