Missing default language on initial visit and on deeplinks

Hey there,
as we all know Google does not like duplicate content. The way mqtranslate is build it does not take this into account.
Let′s say you have a site running DE / EN with DE as default. When users visit the site the will get this:
But should get
in order to not server duplicate content. Same goes for deeplinks:
Serves the blog although it shoudl 301 redirect to:
I wonder how you guys handle this and if you are aware of this.
