Missing custom post types permalink after import

Hi:
We are using this plugin to export our data from qtransalte to WPML.
Unfortunately after the import process completes, we have blank/ missing permalink for all custom post types(Screenshot: https://prntscr.com/8qfdb6). Permalinks are fine for the normal posts/pages.
We are using WordPress version – 4.1.5 and Plugin version – 1.5
Please help me to fix this issue.
