    Hi @1jd123

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Would it be possible to share the Form URL so we can take a loom on the front end?

Can you double-check if you have WordPress on HTTPS on WordPress > Settings? This is a regular situation, when the site loads on HTTPS but WordPress is configured to HTTP then the browser will block the form CSS request.

    Best Regards

    Hello Patrick,

    here you go : https://www.der-steuerzahler.de/test-2

I checked it and it is https. As mentioned this behaviour is new since the update. But if I go back to the old version the issue is still there. And as mentioned when I place it on frontend pages it works like a charm. But not in backend.

    Hi @1jd123,

The page URL you have shared doesn’t have any code related to Forminator when checked, looks more like the plugin is disabled when I check the page at the moment?

Possible to keep the plugin active for a while so that we could have a better idea when checking the page?

Since I see the page is created using Elementor, could we know whether the issue is specific when you add the form shortcode inside the Elementor builder, or do you notice the same if you add the form in the default WP editor?

Could you also check whether you notice the same issue if you create a new form?

This would also help in ruling out whether the issue isn’t specific to one form.

Please do let us know how that goes so that we could check further if needed.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Yeah sure sorry Nithin.

    1. I created it with both elementor and WP editor and when I place it in frontend the css is applied.

    2. Checked it and yes in frontend css is fine in backend not.

    Hello @1jd123 !

Sorry to hear the issue is ongoing!

Can you try with all plugins deactivated and a default theme as well? It looks like there may be some conflict. If that resolves the conflict, activating the theme and plugins one by one will help pinpoint the culprit. Please make sure to take a backup before proceeding with this test, just as a general precaution.

    Kind regards,
    Pawel
