Missing Countries

    Hi there,

    Great plugin! Works a treat.

    However, there are some countries missing – is there a way to add countries manually rather than just via the drop down menu?

    Morocco, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Kuwait, and possibly more seem to be missing.
