    Hi @pleazo,

Could try synchronizing with cookiedatabase.org, in the wizard, under Cookies -> Used Cookies?

    regards Aert

    Hi Aert,

I did that, but still having the same issue. Many cookies from the Cookie scan
in wizard, still not showing up in https://complianz.io/legal/cookie-policy/.

    An example: https://snipboard.io/QChqHB.jpg
-woocommerce, weforms, mailchimp, wordpress, ect are not showing up in “placed cookies” https://complianz.io/legal/cookie-policy/

    Is this a bug?

    Best,
    Chris

    Hi @pleazo,

Could you post your cookie policy so we can check?

Hi @pleazo, that is the cookie policy from our own website. Do you have a link or screenshot from the cookie policy on your own website?

As we don’t use woocommerce, these cookies won’t show up on our policy.

    Hi Roger,

I am currently working on my cookie policy, but not sure how to state which first-party & third party cookies are being placed when visiting my site. Is this something I need to create manually by copy & pasting the cookies shown in the wizard section of the plug-in??

Also how can a user on my site update their privacy settings at a later time?

    Best,
    Chris

These should show up automatically in your cookie policy if you are using the Complianz cookie policy shortcode or Gutenberg block, and the document status in the sidebar is set to “synchronise document with Complianz”.

The policy also includes a section to manage the consent. The user can also revoke consent by clicking the “settings” button, which appears when the banner is dismissed.
