    Hello,

    I’m facing an issue with tracking conversion. I have installed the plug-in and set-up GA according to the following guide up to step 2.

    And I have created fake orders in my system and set the payment as bank transfer. The order can be tracked and recorded when I set up as “Goal” in GA. However, the order only shown as “no shopping activity” in “Ecommerce” tab in GA. How can I fix the problem?

    For the sake of time, I have just sent out invitation for viewing GA to analytic2(at)tatvic(dot)com. Just let me know if you need further information.

    We did a quick look of your store as well as your analytics account & found that our plugin is working well on your store. Transactions are also recorded successfully in your analytics account (screenshot).

    Additionally, we have noticed that you are using more than one Enhanced Ecommerce plugin parallel with our plugin. So we request you to use only one Enhanced Ecommerce plugin at a time otherwise it will create a data discrepancy in your analytics account.
