    Hi,
    I got this error code:

    Could you help me understand what my ‘User-Agent header might be?

    Hi Eric,

    this error tells us, that the API expects the info “User-Agent” (the API might changed that without notice).
    To send that: At the free JCI-Plugin options in the WordPress-Adminarea is a checkbox “Send default Useragent (some APIs need that):”.
    By default this is not checked.
    Check it, then the plugin send a User-Agent (“JCI-Plugin…”) to the API.
    In best case the API is then happy and return the JSON-data.
