Missing comments form at bottom of posts

Absolutely love this theme, it just looks so amazing straight out the box.
I am having difficulty getting the comments link (or form) to appear at the bottom of my posts. At present it only appears above the title of my posts, next to the date and my name. How do I get the comments link (or full form) to appear at the bottom of my posts, please help!
