You’re using our Braintree plugin on the website you linked to. You have created your support request on the wrong plugin page.
The reason the postal code field isn’t showing on your checkout page is because that’s an option you can enable for the custom forms. If you don’t use the custom form’s postal code field, the plugin will use the postal code field rendered by WooCommerce in the billing fields.
