Missing Category Page

I’m able to edit all pages except one. I see the page when I view my site as a user but cannot find it to edit it in the admin site. Specifically looking to edit the Mission Statement category page on https://www.lunamotion.com.
I’m a newbie and not very savvy with the technical jargon. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
